Our story

Our three co-founders started Tapi more than 5 years ago. With the support of the most innovative agencies at the time, Tapi launched a new way to care for properties. What was initially a maintenance workflow system to increase efficiencies and enable tenants to report repairs has become the complete platform to empower property managers, owners, tradies and tenants to better care for the properties they manage, own and live in.Tapi is creating a world where property maintenance is no longer a pain point. Everything that needs to be done is dealt with quickly, efficiently, and with the best interest of the people surrounding the property in mind.
