Selectable option during owner approvals

Give your clients the option to put a job on Property Tab by providing an estimate of repayments based on the quote value, or letting them request it themselves.

Flexible repayment terms

Your owners can choose from weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments up to a 12-month term to suit their rental income. They have the option to pay-off in full at any point with no additional fees.

Invoice payments handled by Tapi

Jobs scheduled to be paid on Property Tab follow your normal invoice process in Tapi. Select charge to Property Tab, and once the owner has confirmed the terms the supplier will be paid directly by Tapi with the owner repaying the bill over-time.
