Redefining property care

Before Tapi, property maintenance was too slow, too messy, and too much of a headache for everyone involved. Property managers spent hours chasing jobs, tenants were left in the dark, and owners had no idea what was happening.

So we built Tapi - a platform that makes coordinating property repairs easy, transparent, and stress-free. With AI and smart workflows, we give property managers the tools to act fast, keep everyone in the loop, and get the right job done the first time.

We believe that when maintenance is handled well, everyone wins. Tenants feel cared for, owners see the value in their investments, and property managers get their time back to focus on what matters.

Today, Tapi powers maintenance for over 450,000 properties across New Zealand and Australia. And we’re just getting started-continuing to break down the barriers to great property care, and finding new ways to make maintenance work for everyone.
